Mental health training
Mental health UK training for young people – Sported are currently working with Mental Health UK to deliver face to face workshops to young people across the Country, on a variety of subject areas such as; Resilience, Anxiety, Low mood and depression, Exam stress, making decisions about the future, social pressures, managing studies, friendships and juggling time. Leadership coaching- 1:1 support is available to all Sported members, free. Specifically aimed at people who are leading a team of staff/volunteers at their organisation/club.
