Barclays Community Football Fund - £500 Access Grant

Welcome to your application form for the Barclays Community Football Fund £500 Access Grant. 

The £500 Access grant is for clubs who have not yet received a grant from the fund. If your club or a team within your club has already received a Barclays Community Football Fund grant, your application will not be eligible. We are unable to fund different teams from the same club. 

Please save as you go along to avoid losing any of your submission. You can save your application and come back to it at any time.
