Do you have a legal question SPECIFICALLY related to your legal structure or to setting up as a charitable entity?

We are working in partnership with nationally recognised law firm and specialists in charity and social enterprise law, Wrigleys Solicitors, to offer members the opportunity to obtain legal advice.

Wrigley's are offering Sported members a 20 minute pro bono telephone consultations to discuss charity or social enterprise law queries.

Wrigleys can provide advice on a range of issues, including, but not limited to, legal structures and constitutional arrangements, governance including directors/trustees/members’ roles and responsibilities, commercial trading, fundraising and grants, employment, social investment and charitable trading.

For more information see the Wrigleys website

We will refer queries onto our contacts at Wrigleys who will contact you directly to arrange and provide the 20-minute pro bono consultation. This will be based on information we collect from you as our member about your query and provided to Wrigleys ahead of the consultation. If you then decide to seek further legal advice from Wrigleys, this will be done independently of Sported. Wrigleys will provide a fee estimate and terms of engagement to you directly for any such work undertaken.

Wrigleys will aim to respond promptly to any query we refer and will acknowledge all new queries within 24 hours.

To submit a query, please send an email outlining brief details of your enquiry to [email protected]
